THE 2 WEE SCOTTISH TERRIERS GOT A LOVELY SCRUB IN THE BATHDONT KNOW WHO WAS THE WETTER THEM OR HUBBYBUT, YOU SHOULD SEE THEM NOW BACK TO BEING DIRTY. OH DEAR!!!! OH DEAR !!!! BE GLAD WHEN THE GROUND IS BACK TO LOOKING AT GREEN GRASS AGAIN ONCE THE WINTER IS BACK THEN THEM TWO RASCALS ARE WHITE LOL.I WAS DOING THE LAST MINUTE RUNNING SHOPS WERE PACKED AND PARKING THE CAR WAS AWFULL LOL LOT OF STEAM COMING OUT OF PEOPLES EARS BUT DONT WORRY I STAYED CALM.GOT HOME AND MY 2 WEE GRANDAUGHTERS WERE IN SO WE POPPED BACK OUT THIS TIME WE WENT FURTHER A FIELD A 20MINUTE DRIVE LOOKING FOR THE LAST MINUTE GIFTS WE WENT TO TKMAKS. THEN COLLECTED A CHINESE CARRYOUT OF CHICKEN HONGKONG STYLE FRIED RICE KING PRAWN CURRY FRIED RICE FRENCH FRYS AND PRAWNCRACKERS MMMMMM WAS DELICIOUCE AFTER WE ATE I RELAXED ON THE CHAIR GUESS WHAT I FELL ASLEEP LOL AND ETHE KIDS WERE GONE WITH THERE MUM BUT THE 2 WEE DOGS WERE STILL THERE WITH HUBBY . OH WELL ITS 01;45 AM ALL IS WELL HERE IM THE ONLY ONE UP AWAKE SO TAKE CARE EVERYONE ENJOY THE CHRISTMAS JOY LOVE FROM NANCY XX IN SCOTLAND

new winter coats for minnie and fergus

Hi my friends how are you all doing , this moment I'm relaxing typing in a few words of the 2 wee west highland terriers Minnie and Fergus. The last week the weather in Scotland has been very cold and frosty some places have snow but here its not happened we live to near the sea shore but plenty of ice underfoot. Minnie got a lovely dark blue waterproof coat all padded for the cold looks a wee toff so she does .Fergus he got a Stewart red tartan coat with fleece underneath he sure looks a wee smasher lol.they were real naughty on Thursday morning that's the day the refuse gets lifted up by the council and its collected by truck but its waiting outside the garden in a wheelie bin and Minnie just goes bananas when she hears the wheels of the bins moving along the pavements. this month we have had a new wooden flooring put in and done some decorating plus renewed the living room sofas and chairs.
today my daughter Audrey and her fiance gave us a lovely new rug for the living room and low and behold the 2 wee dogs made themselves right at home they came in out of the rain to see the rug down before we new it they were rolling all over it then they went right off to sleep . so tonight the 2 grandkids Erin and Jaye are stopping over we are all going to a movie show with 10 adults and 15 rainbows plus 26 brownies so im helping with the shuttle service of cars to get them there and back for there christmas treat. if your wondering what they are the kids are all female and are in a brownie and rainbow packs (troops)they are called in usa .

st andrews day celebrations scotland

hi folks hope your all well and ready for Christmas 2008. The kids here are getting excited and the wee dogs Minnie and Fergus will soon know whats all happening. Today is ST Andrews Day. he is the patron Saint of Scotland. Tomorrow were having a very Scottish dinner Cock a leekie soup. steak pie crusty top mashed turnip carrots and green peas creamed potatoes then a variety of sweets followed by tea or coffee not to mention a wee hauf of Johnny Walker Whiskey.Ive tried in vain to put a pic of Erin my gran daughter in her kilt but as usual im rubbish maybe soon ill remember how to do it lol.well my friends will say cheerio for now and God bless you all from nancyxx

Fergus & Minnie AWOL!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Folks. its me again Nancybrownowl, well the 2 wee dogs are away on a weekend pass lol,they are at my daughters house with the 3 grandaughters as I'm watching there cousin Alfie who is a springer spanial and very hyperactive when around Fergus and Minnie so I'm afraid they just don't meet up. Alfie has a lovely brown and white coat with floppy ears and loves long walks rushing thru the long grasses and just loves the sea shore once he is in the water its hard to get him out.But his sleeping arrangements are to be desired . He just wont sleep himself as i was soon to find out lol. There i was just me and Alfie watching a film decided to go get some crisps to eat as I'm not allowed them , so the door opened in came Alfie's sister lol, Lyndsay my grandaughter she is 15yrs old. She looked at me as Alfie was sitting so straight watching my hand Nanny whats he doing sitting like that, she asked i tried to be so innocent said i didn't know and i had a handful of crisps in my hand hidden .after 10 minutes she went up to the computer again and i had to finish giving Alfie the crisps as they were all broken. When it finally came to bedtime WE WERE IN BED WHEN WHOOSHHHHHHHH he was there right in the middle of the bed and he was out and in it like a yo yo so not much sleep was had .well Alfie is away home now and the other 2 Fergus and Minnie come back tomorrow lets hope Fergus dont go spraying everywhere lol. god bless you all love from nancyxx

White Christmas comes early

hi everyone , yes christmas is early today .got up to snow in the sitting room. I guess you will want to know where it came from , it was Minnie and Fergus up to mischief again!!!! lol. we treated ourselves to a nice plasma 42 inch television and guess what with all the packages and polystyrene ready to go to the recycle. In the morning the 2 wee terriers decided to play with a bit of polystyrene need I say anything else lol it was everywhere. but all cleaned and dudted now tho now and again I see some more on the floor. One day a few weeks ago when the weather was nice i took them up to the country park where i live and decided to let them off the leash , as I was by myself i tied the two straps together incase they ran off they would both be together and easier to get to them. As soon as i let go they BOLTED zoooooooooooooommmmmmmm not being able to run i finaly got them after they eventually came back with the help of another dog walker so their freedom was short lived I guess I learned a lesson TAKE HUBBY WITH ME .lol well folks thats all for now God Bless from nancy

hi its Sunday night , Minnie and Fergus arrived at 12noon today they had been away for a few days to my daughter Elizabeth and her 3 daughters they left Thursday tea time.both played in the garden for ages ,then they were house sitting lol,I was at a club for disabled young adults. I had my 2 granddaughters with me Erin will be 11yrs old in January and Jaye will be 9yrs old january the were doing there community service for the brownie and guide troop.well today was baking day just cold sweets no oven was used lots icing sugar and jam plus chocalate and rice krispies . everyone enjoyed themselves. I got landed with pancake making was so busy i couldnt even get a chance to eat the rejects that was made lol. the 2 wee dogs were fine when i got home except they have had a coushin fight lol all the coushins were scattered around the floor.as i type this wee minnie is asleep shhhhhhhh on my bed Fergus he likes to be last in bed he sleeps downstairs till around 4am then wanders up stairs some morning i wake up my hair is like Davy Crocket. as Fergus has manages to sneak in a space above my head on my pillow and the static from him is passed to me .well thats all for now God bless you all nancybrownowl

hi im nancy from scotland just thought i would like to tell you about my 2 wee westies MINNIE and FERGUS. Minnie and Fergus are from the same litter and my we bought fergus when he was 7 weeks old then my daughter bought minnie what a bundle of joy they are there birthday was on june 16th they were one year old many trials and errors we have had bringing them up .
